Job summary

The Botanist, part of The New World Trading Company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee six to seven sites across London and regional locations including Reading, Watford, Marlow and Bournemouth. You will lead with energy, drive guest experiences, and manage performance across the portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for upholding brand standards, driving revenue and profitability, and developing talent while maintaining a high-performance, fair culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-site experience in hospitality.
• Experience leading General Managers and driving brand standards across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire General Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving strong commercial results.
• Uphold brand standards across all sites, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Own financial performance, driving revenue growth, sales execution, and profit optimisation while managing P&L results.
• Develop people by recruiting, coaching and growing talent, handling performance and people matters promptly, fairly, and with integrity.
