YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking an experienced Lead Group Exercise & Pilates Manager to develop our group exercise and Pilates offer across YMCA St Paul’s Group. You'll lead the development of our group exercise and classes across gyms and studios, support and inspire instructors, grow participation, and help ensure our services are financially sustainable.

The role involves traveling between Wimbledon, Walthamstow, Surbiton, Kingston and Ealing, managing multi-site teams, ensuring health

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering and managing group exercise and/or Pilates programmes.
• Managerial experience across multi-site setups or coordination roles.
• Confident leader with experience supporting, motivating and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of group exercise and Pilates across multiple sites and online platforms.
• Grow timetables and introduce new locations for group classes.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, engaging classes and courses.
• Manage and develop a team of instructors and coordinators.
• Monitor participation, performance and income to drive growth and targets.
• Ensure customer experience, health and safety, and compliance standards.
• Build partnerships for social prescribing, health referrals and funded communityprogrammes to boost participation.
