YMCA St Paul’s Group in London is seeking an experienced Lead Group Exercise & Pilates Manager to develop our group exercise and Pilates offer across YMCA St Paul’s Group. You will lead development of multi-site programmes, support instructors, grow participation, and ensure services are financially sustainable in line with YMCA values.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and managing group exercise and Pilates programmes.
• Managerial experience across multiple sites or coordinative roles.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
• Understanding of how physical activity improves health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of group exercise and Pilates programmes across multiple sites and online platforms.
• Grow timetables, locations and participation.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent and engaging classes and courses.
• Develop and support instructors and coordinators.
• Monitor participation, performance and income to drive growth.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
