Junior Adventures Group in Watford is seeking a Multi-Site General Manager to lead our Hertfordshire area centres. You will oversee CoEs, set high standards, and empower local teams to deliver safe, engaging activities for children.

This role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong people leadership, and a focus on KPIs, cost control, and stakeholder relationships with schools and families. A dynamic, child-centered environment awaits you, with training, a pension, and development opportunities.

We are recruiting for a Multi-Site General Manager to manage theWatford/Ruislip - Hertfordshire area
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000K depending on experience.

*Due to the nature of the role, own transport is essential.

As a General Manager, you will have a home base at one of our Centre's of Excellence (CoE), you'll set high standards for excellence, whilst delivering top-quality experiences through careful planning. You will empower your team to be the best versions of themselves and they will reflect our values.

Each CoE will welcome new adventurers, providing immersive training experiences, upskill and educate our people through coaching & mentoring, whilst driving a culture of excellence.

You'll embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it's school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy.

As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships.
