Junior Adventures Group is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our Centres of Excellence across Watford. You will set high standards, plan carefully, empower teams and ensure engaging, safe activities for children within a values-driven, inclusive environment.

As you grow the role, you’ll expand the portfolio to more schools and leisure centres, drive profitability, coach staff, and build lasting relationships with schools, parents, and local communities, always delivering

As a General Manager, you will have a home base at one of our Centre's of Excellence (CoE), you'll set high standards for excellence, whilst delivering top-quality experiences through careful planning. You will empower your team to be the best versions of themselves and they will reflect our values.

Each CoE will welcome new adventurers, providing immersive training experiences, upskill and educate our people through coaching & mentoring, whilst driving a culture of excellence. You'll embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it's school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy. As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships.
