Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Operations professional to oversee facilities services across three Clacton sites and our Thorpe-le-Soken office. You will lead all technical service operations within the Clacton PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and contractual obligations.

The role requires hands-on experience across multi-site contracts, managing internal teams and external contractors, with a strong technical background and focus on

Qualifications

• Experience delivering preventative maintenance plans (PPM) in line with SFG20
• Experience with lifecycle planning and utilities management
• Strong leadership of multi-site teams
• Enhanced DBS check required due to school environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage PPM schedules across sites and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Incorporate lifecycle planning, utilities management and statutory compliance into operations.
• Lead site team including managers, caretakers and engineers; coordinate with Thorpe-le-Soken office.
• Ensure safeguarding and safety standards compliance; enhanced DBS check required.
