Qualifications

• Strong technical background with electrical bias.
• IOSH Managing Safely is required; NEBOSH preferred.
• Experience in contract management and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage preventative maintenance plans (PPM) in line with SFG20; manage internal staff and external contractors.
• Incorporate lifecycle planning, utilities management and statutory compliance into the operations.
• Lead the site team (site managers, caretakers, engineers) and coordinate with the Thorpe-le-Soken office.
• Ensure safeguarding and safety standards compliance; enhanced DBS check required in a school environment.
• Candidates should ideally live within commuting distance of Clacton; role predominantly site-based.
