Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an energy management professional to oversee performance across a portfolio of sites in the UK. You will lead analytics, benchmark consumption, and drive energy-saving initiatives in collaboration with site teams and clients.

The role involves implementing and optimizing BMS-related schedules, conducting Level 1 and 2 audits, and deploying the Apprise meter reading app to enhance data capture and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in energy management within commercial buildings, ideally across a multi-site portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with BMS systems, including reviewing time schedules, set points and control sequences.
• Practical experience conducting energy audits and producing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data analytics or energy monitoring platforms on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of energy performance across allocated sites, monitoring consumption against baselines and targets.
• Carry out regular energy performance analysis and benchmarking using available metering data.
• Support the rollout of the Apprise meter reading app, ensuring meters are set up and site teams trained.
• Conduct Level 1 & 2 energy audits across sites, documenting energy saving opportunities.
• Build relationships with site teams, FM managers and clients to support energy management initiatives.
