Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a building services and facilities maintenance business in Bristol. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical works across multiple commercial sites, delivering a professional, customer-focused service.

The role offers a permanent contract with a comprehensive benefits package, including a company van with private use, fuel card, pension and health cover.

Qualifications

• Experienced Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Electrician.
• Strong background in commercial or facilities maintenance.
• Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and electrical fault finding.
• Confident working independently across multiple customer sites.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose electrical faults.
• Complete electrical repairs and remedial works.
• Carry out fault finding and testing.
• Complete accurate digital service and maintenance reports.
• Identify additional remedial works and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Work safely in line with Health & Safety and electrical compliance requirements.
• Manage your own workload across multiple commercial sites.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service.
