Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a PPM / Multiskilled Engineer to cover Midlands, Stoke and Birmingham. The role offers £34,000-£38,000 with door-to-door travel, a company van and fuel card, plus 25 days' holiday.

The successful candidate will perform PPM across mainly commercial sites, handling electrical or plumbing tasks and facilities maintenance, with training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Core trade in electrical or plumbing, with prior commercial PPM or FM experience.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• PPM maintenance across sites.
• Water temperature checks and tap flushing.
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.
• Water heaters, pumps and control panels maintenance.
• AHU/FCU filter cleans and checks.
• Legionella checks as part of routine servicing.
• Basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• General reactive maintenance as needed.
