Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead domiciliary care across Bradford, Leeds and Sheffield. You will manage a mobile team of Care & Lifestyle Assistants and Field Care Supervisors, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, personalised support that promotes independence.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent, strong CQC knowledge, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of domiciliary care services and teams.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of domiciliary care across multiple developments.
• Lead a team of Care & Lifestyle Assistants and Field Supervisors.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and independence for residents.
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Create and oversee care and risk assessments, care plans, and reviews.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Supervise training and staff development.
• Monitor service quality, performance, and resident outcomes.
• Support growth and development of domiciliary care services.
