McCarthy & Stone, the UK's leading developer and manager of retirement communities, is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead domiciliary care across Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford. You will manage a mobile team of Care & Lifestyle Assistants, ensuring safe, compassionate, personalised support that promotes independence.

Key requirements include Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, strong CQC knowledge, leadership experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Care Manager/Domliculous Care Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance requirements
• Experience managing care teams and driving service performance
• Experience creating/updating care assessments, care planning, risk management
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Full UK driving licence
• Be available to work alternate weekends
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Willing to undertake extra shifts to meet service needs
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Registered Care Manager (Domiciliary Care) – Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford

Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum DOE + Bonus + Company Car

McCarthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to manage a new care and lifestyle service and lead a team of field-based staff across Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate care leader with strong operational and regulatory experience, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll play a key role in promoting the service we provide, whilst helping older people maintain their independence.

What You'll Need

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

The Role

As Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of domiciliary care services across multiple McCarthy & Stone developments in Leeds & Surrounding area. Leading a team of Care & Lifestyle Assistants and Field Care Supervisors, you'll ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalised support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

We're looking for a confident and commercially aware care professional who combines strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
