Job summary

Persimmon Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Construction Team. You will oversee week-to-week management of multiple sites, report to the Operations Director, and ensure build programmes, budgets, timelines and quality standards are met.

The role requires site management experience, CSCS and SMSTS, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to hit targets while complying with Persimmon Way.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding construction.
• Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
