Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across a portfolio of around 40 banking and government sites.

You will lead a team of about 30–40 operatives, conduct site visits, inspections and audits, ensure SLAs are met, manage staffing, provide hands-on cleaning support and uphold health and safety standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern with 37.5 hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Proactive hands-on approach with ability to manage multiple sites.
• Experience supervising frontline cleaning teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and motivate cleaning operatives across multiple sites.
• Conduct site visits, cleaning inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure contractual SLAs, KPIs and cleaning standards are achieved.
• Manage staffing levels, attendance and scheduling coverage.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support including deep cleans when required.
• Monitor stock, consumables and equipment.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and security requirements are followed.
