Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to join the Network Rail cleaning team in the North West. The role covers multiple sites across the region, with a company vehicle provided for travel between locations, including Manchester to Whitehaven.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• 1. Proficient in mobile/multi-site cleaning.
• 2. Knowledge of deep cleaning techniques and equipment.
• 3. Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• 4. Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational cleaning support across multiple Network Rail sites.
• Cover cleaning team absences including annual leave, sickness, and vacancies.
• Deliver and support routine, periodic, and specialist deep cleaning activities.
• Respond to client requests and service requirements in a professional and timely manner.
• Work alongside site teams to ensure cleaning specifications and quality standards are achieved.
• Assist with staff training, inductions.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures, COSHH requirements, and safe systems of work are followed at all times.
• Support stock management and distribution of cleaning consumables and uniforms.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and operational teams.
