Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Peterborough is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to deliver high service standards and meet SLA targets across multiple sites.

You will manage a cleaning team, provide on-the-job training, enforce Health & Safety procedures, monitor cleanliness, and manage stock and uniforms. The role involves recruitment and staff development to maintain a reliable, professional team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Position: Permanent
Contract Type: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday-Saturday (Overtime on request)
Location: Co Op, 399 Eagle Way, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England PE7 8GS
