Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager to oversee multi-site contract delivery across multiple sites in the Belfast region. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards and profitability targets.

The role involves coordinating staffing, budgets, and quality audits, with regular travel between sites. Strong leadership, COSHH knowledge, and excellent communication are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning or facilities management contracts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Multi-site role with regular travel.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rota if required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning contracts, ensuring contractual and service level requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning teams to deliver high standards.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and performance.
• Control budgets, labour costs, and consumable usage to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, risk assessments, and company procedures.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, implementing improvements where required.
• Produce performance reports, attend client review meetings, and identify opportunities for service growth and improvement.
