Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Belfast. You will lead diverse teams, ensure service delivery meets contracts and SLAs, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will build strong client relationships, conduct site inspections, manage staffing, budgets, and performance, and champion continuous improvement in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites to meet contractual and SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary contact.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and performance reviews.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop site teams.
• Manage staffing, rotas, attendance and performance; coach teams.
• Analyze budgets, labor costs and resources to hit profitability targets.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and promote safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and drive strategic improvements.
• Produce performance reports and participate in client reviews.
