Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Security Officer (Corporate CCTV Controller) to provide relief coverage across Liverpool corporate sites. You will monitor CCTV, manage alarms, coordinate incidents and support on-site Security Officers while ensuring high standards of customer service.

The role offers training, progression opportunities and potential move to permanent full-time. A valid frontline SIA CCTV licence is essential; door supervisor licence preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple monitoring systems.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to live incidents.
• Operate access control and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate incidents with on-site officers and emergency services.
• Produce accurate incident reports and maintain records.
• Monitor fire and intruder alarms and building management systems.
• Provide exceptional client, visitor and contractor service.
