Olive Dining Ltd in East London is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 20 sites, lead and develop local teams, and ensure exceptional service across schools.

You will manage budgets, drive financial performance, build strong relationships with clients and schools, and identify opportunities to grow the business. A hands-on leader who can coach talent and promote from within will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and approachable leadership style.
• Strong experience in a multi-site environment.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and financial performance experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, schools and internal teams.
• Genuine passion for great food and delivering a top student experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 sites in and around East London.
• Lead, support and develop teams to create a positive, motivating environment.
• Take ownership of financial performance, budgets and costs.
• Build and maintain strong client and school partnerships to deliver excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the area with the wider Olive Dining team.
• Coach and develop future talent to progress within Olive Dining.
