Job summary

Eurest in Birmingham is seeking a General Manager to lead the Bournville operation and oversee the wider Mondelez group across Chirk and Marlbrook, delivering a high-quality food and hospitality experience.

You will manage a large team across outlets, nurture client relations, drive commercial growth and ensure standards, budgets and KPIs are met, with monthly travel to Chirk and Marlbrook.
