Job summary

Eurest in Birmingham is seeking an Executive Chef at the Bournville site to lead the kitchen, develop the team and elevate the food offer for a manufacturing environment.

You will be hands-on with cooking, manage ordering and stock, ensure Compass standards, food safety and HSE compliance, and deliver high-quality hospitality for internal customers. Weekend support may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on kitchen leadership in a manufacturing or large-scale catering environment.
• Strong focus on food safety, HACCP and HSE compliance.
• Experience managing food costs, ordering and stock control.
