Job summary

Eurest is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-site workplace catering operation in Bournville and oversee the wider group at Chirk and Marlbrook. The role demands strong leadership, client relationship management and a commercial mindset to identify opportunities, grow sales and enhance the customer experience.

You will manage a large team, ensure consistent standards across outlets, and drive profitability while supporting remote sites weekly and visiting monthly.

Qualifications

• Experienced general manager or similar senior catering professional with large-scale workplace catering experience.
• Experience of managing large teams across multiple outlets would be highly advantageous.
• Strong client relationships and commercial drive to grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large operational team across multiple outlets.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the Bournville contract.
• Build and maintain relationships with the client.
• Work with the client to understand needs and exceed expectations.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
• Drive high-quality food and hospitality offer.
• Manage daily/weekly financial and operational bookwork.
• Monitor performance against targets and KPIs.
• Develop managers and team members to perform at their best.
• Ensure Compass standards, food safety and safety compliance are maintained.
• Provide remote support to Chirk and Marlbrook weekly.
• Visit Chirk and Marlbrook approximately monthly.
• Balance time effectively across multi-site operation.
