Job description

E quans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across all Rotherham Schools, based in Venture House S60 1RF, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. The offered salary is £26,436.80 per annum.

Shift Pattern:

Any 8 hours between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

What will you deliver?

The role involves supporting several education and leisure facilities where EQUANS provides services such as maintenance, cleaning, porterage, and external site maintenance, including seasonal preparations.

This position requires you to be a key holder responsible for caretaking, maintenance, ad-hoc cleaning duties, and securing the site. A keen eye for detail and practical DIY skills are essential.
