EQUANS is seeking a Multi Site Caretaker for Rotherham Schools on a full-time basis. The role involves maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring site security. E quans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across all Rotherham Schools, based in Venture House S60 1RF, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. The offered salary is £26,436.80 per annum.
Any 8 hours between 6:00am and 10:00pm.
The role involves supporting several education and leisure facilities where EQUANS provides services such as maintenance, cleaning, porterage, and external site maintenance, including seasonal preparations.
This position requires you to be a key holder responsible for caretaking, maintenance, ad-hoc cleaning duties, and securing the site. A keen eye for detail and practical DIY skills are essential.
• A Full UK Driving Licence – Essential.
• Experience in a trade or similar role – Essential.
• Excellent customer service skills – Essential.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently – Essential.
• Initiative-driven mindset - Essential.
• H&S experience (manual handling, working at height) – Desirable.
• Knowledge of COSHH and colour coding – Desirable.
