Caretaker Position at Equans

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team at Lacewood Primary School, Carr Head Lane, Bolton On Dearne, Rotherham, S63 8DA. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, offering a salary of £24,500 per annum and a benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30

Responsibilities:

• Be a key holder and manage all aspects of site management, including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, external site upkeep, porterage, security, reception duties, and acting as a link between EQUANS and the school.
• Occasional overtime may be required to fulfill contractual obligations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Experience in a trade or similar role (essential)

• Health & Safety experience related to manual handling and working at heights (desirable)
• Understanding of COSHH guidelines and colour coding (desirable)
