Job summary

Princes Group is seeking a Group Asset Care Engineering Manager to drive asset-care governance and unified maintenance strategies across multiple plants. Based in Bradford with regular travel, you will lead reliability initiatives, predictive maintenance programs and data-driven improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
Significant experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance leadership.
Demonstrated engineering leadership within multi-site industrial environments.

Lead proactive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Oversee reliability engineering and condition monitoring.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and mechanical integrity standards.
Drive lifecycle value through CAPEX planning.
