• Experience of overseeing multi sites and have had some time managing this type of portfolio.

• A well-rounded cleaning Industry Experience.

• Possess a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is undertaken in line with the Company’s policies / procedures and current legislation.
• Maintain the Company’s image and safeguard its interests.
• Meet contract retention targets consistently.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and conduct quarterly H&S audits with monthly cleaning inspections.
• Recruit, train and develop employees and manage welfare and issues.
• Recruitment, training and development of staff and welfare responsibilities.
• Motivate, manage and lead a flexible workforce.
• Control overheads and ensure profitability of the Account.
• Plan, manage and organise operational activities and oversee scheduling.
• Maintain standards of service / cleaning and remedy deficiencies promptly.
• Liaise with client for smooth account operation.
• Ensure adequate staffing and supervision of services.
• Complete performance reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure adequate equipment and materials at sites.
• Administer account relations, training, personnel and accident reporting; follow disciplinary procedures.
• Control account costs through materials and wage management within budget.
• Attend trainings to stay updated on new techniques and skills.
• Carry out other reasonable requests from superior.
• Plan for start-up of new/existing contracts including TUPE.
