• Experience with MAXIMO / CAFM on Android tablets desired.
• 3 years experience in a similar environment required.
• 2 years in a customer-facing outsourcing environment needed.
• Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance preferred.

• Ensuring the highest standards are delivered.
• Delivering Portfolio M&E PPM and minor works.
• Keeping clients and team informed with updates.
• Providing technical support and guidance.
• Ensuring best value for money through checks.
• Reporting performance to Area Manager.
• Producing time and material details for quoting.
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
