Job summary

Get Staff is recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer for a leading HVAC company, delivering installation, service and maintenance across commercial sites. The role is full-time and permanent with a clear path for progression, supported by ongoing training and development.

The successful candidate will have proven field experience, F-Gas qualification, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and a Full UK driving licence. Salary £35,000-£42,000 plus benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• F-Gas qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Reliable, self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Fault-finding and repairs on-site
• Working on a range of commercial client sites
• Communicating with clients and reporting to the office team
• Completing documentation accurately
