Job summary

Mid Hampshire Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our expanding clinical team in a varied Multi-Service Nurse role across Hampshire and Isle of Wight sites. You will assess patients, provide evidence-based nursing care and health promotion, and collaborate with GPs and other clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

The role offers flexible exposure across Enhanced Access, Women's Health, long-term condition clinics, community outreach and our Mobile

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
• Minimum two years' post-registration experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Community Nursing or NHS services.
• Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience using electronic patient record systems (EMIS Web).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across a variety of MHH services.
• Undertake holistic patient assessments and formulate care plans.
• Deliver health promotion and preventative interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Work autonomously within scope and escalate concerns as appropriate.
