Job summary

Keystone Care is seeking an Interim Head of Services to provide senior operational leadership across a group of Extra Care services supporting older adults and adults with disabilities. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, driving quality, performance and financial sustainability, and supporting service managers across multiple sites.

You will lead with a hands-on style, oversee budgets and performance, and work closely with commissioners and partner organisations to develop

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within health and social care.
• Experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
• Experience managing multiple services or supporting managers across a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Commercial awareness with budget management and service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple Extra Care services.
• Lead, support and develop Registered Managers.
• Maintain CQC compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding standards.
• Drive service improvement and promote outstanding, person-centred care.
• Oversee budgets, occupancy, performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for service development and growth.
• Build relationships with commissioners, stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Monitor performance, manage risk and implement improvement plans.
