Qualifications

• Experience operating multi-point glue machines is preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and production targets.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-point gluing machines to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain high-quality product output.
• Optimize and monitor machine performance.
• Adjust settings and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with maintenance as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Complete production records and follow company procedures.
• Work safely in accordance with Smurfit Westrock procedures.
