Job summary

One Stop NDT is seeking immediately available NDT Technicians for temporary onshore inspections in Rosyth, Fife. The role focuses on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) with accommodations offered for non-local applicants.

Local applicants are preferred. DBB and hotel accommodation are available for non-locals. Immediate availability is required for upcoming temporary assignments in onshore projects and facility inspections.

Qualifications

• PCN Level 2 UT certification (3.1/3.2) is required.
• PCN Level 2 MPI certification is required.
• Proven experience in onshore NDT inspection roles.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT operations in line with client specs.
• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) as main method.
• Interpret and report inspection results accurately.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment.
• Follow on-site safety and quality standards.

Position Summary:-

The company is inviting applications from immediately available skilled NDT Technicians for upcoming temporary onshore projects and facility-based inspections in Rosyth, Fife. The role primarily focuses on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), while adaptable professionals are encouraged to join the company's network for upcoming assignments.

Applicants from the local area are welcome. Hotel accommodation and DBB are available for non-local applicants.

Responsibilities:-

• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) operations in accordance with company and client specifications.
• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) as the primary inspection method.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results accurately.
• Prepare and report inspection results.
• Ensure all NDT equipment is calibrated, maintained, and fit for purpose.
• Follow applicable on-site safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:-

• PCN Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), minimum 3.1 and 3.2.
• PCN Level 2 certification in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
• Proven experience in a similar onshore NDT inspection role.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:-

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass relevant security and residency checks.
• Immediate availability for upcoming temporary assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• PCN Level 2 Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) certification.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
