Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd. in Leicestershire is seeking a reliable Van Delivery Driver for an immediate start. You will complete multi-drop deliveries of food and drink wholesale to schools, care homes and restaurants, with early shifts starting around 05:00–06:00.

The role is temporary with full-time hours, paid at £13.25 per hour, with holiday accrual and Monday–Friday working pattern with occasional Saturdays. You must have a full UK driving licence and be able to provide references.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• - Van driving experience with references.
• - No more than 6 points on your licence.
• - No DD, DR or TT convictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop van deliveries safely and on time.
• - Assist with loading and unloading the van by hand.
• - Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain paperwork.

Van Delivery Driver

The Role:
Are you an experienced van driver looking for steady delivery driving work across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area? We have an excellent opportunity to join our busy transport team. You will be delivering food and drink wholesale products to essential local customers, including schools, care homes, and restaurants.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete multi-drop van deliveries safely and on time.
• Assist with loading and unloading the van by hand (candidates must be physically fit for manual handling).
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Deliver top-tier customer service with a professional attitude and excellent timekeeping.

Hourly Rate: This driving role pays £13.25 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata for PAYE.
