Job summary

Prime Placers Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Drop Van Driver for an immediate start in Kent. The role involves delivering parcels on a 3.5T vehicle across multi-drop routes with a focus on reliability and customer service.

You will hold a full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points) and have previous multi-drop or courier experience. The position offers ongoing work and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Previous multi-drop or courier driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Kent area advantageous
• Physically fit - able to lift and carry parcels
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work to tight time slots
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Loading and safely securing goods prior to departure
• Completing multiple drops per shift to a scheduled route
• Delivering parcels/goods directly to customers in a professional, courteous manner
• Obtaining proof of delivery (POD) at each stop
• Reporting any delivery issues, delays or vehicle defects promptly
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
