Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking 3 van drivers to perform local, multi-drop parcel deliveries for a well-known brand in the Norwich area. You will typically start at 7:00am, Monday to Friday, handling 60-90 stops per route and loading your van before departure.

You will use a PDA scanner to manage deliveries and routes, ensuring efficient performance and professional customer interactions. This role offers regular ongoing work with weekly pay and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop parcel delivery experience is essential.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• No previous driving disqualifications.
• Previous experience carrying out multi-drop parcel deliveries.
• The ability to work at pace and manage a high number of deliveries.
• Good customer service skills.
• Reliability and flexibility.

We are currently recruiting for 3 x Van Drivers to join a well-known and established brand, delivering parcels across local areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced multi-drop delivery drivers looking for regular, ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

• Monday to Friday
• Typically 7:00am starts
• Delivering parcels on local routes
• High-volume multi-drop deliveries — typically 60-90 stops per route
• Loading your van before departure and ensuring all parcels are correctly boarded
• Using a PDA scanner to manage deliveries, calculate routes and provide sat-nav functionality
• Working efficiently to complete your allocated route
• Representing a well-known brand professionally when dealing with customers

What We're Looking For

Previous multi-drop parcel delivery experience is essential.

You will need:
