Job summary

ARC are recruiting van drivers in Lincoln for an ongoing full-time position. The role is a temp-to-perm contract leading to permanent employment, with Monday to Friday shifts from 09:00 to 18:00. The job includes a mix of up to 45 drops and collections per route, and a van is provided.

A mobile phone is required to log deliveries through a dedicated app. Training is provided over 3 days before starting deliveries. Starting date is 1st September 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of multi-drop delivery work.
• Full clean licence and clean criminal record.
• Full training given over 3 days before heading out on the deliveries.

Responsibilities
