Job summary

ARC Group in Lincoln is recruiting van drivers for an ongoing full-time position. This is a temp-to-perm contract leading to permanent employment, with Monday to Friday regular routes and up to 45 drops/collections.

A van is provided; you will log deliveries via a mobile app. You must have multi-drop delivery experience, a full clean licence and a clean criminal record. Training is given over three days before heading out on deliveries. The start date is 1st September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-drop delivery work.
• Full clean driving licence and clean criminal record.
• Training provided over 3 days before starting deliveries.
• Van provided and routes Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Log deliveries and collections using the company app.
• Complete regular routes with up to 45 drops.
• Drive safely on scheduled routes and adhere to times.
• Attend the three-day training before deliveries begin.
