Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd in Brighton, England, is offering a Marketing & Administration Apprentice role. This Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship is a split role (approximately 50% marketing, 50% administration) designed for someone aiming to develop skills while completing the apprenticeship.

You will support digital marketing campaigns, social media and content creation, alongside day-to-day administrative tasks for the wider business.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' digital marketing experience is highly desirable
• 1-2 years' administration experience is highly desirable
• Genuine interest in developing a career within marketing
• Some understanding of digital marketing and advertising best practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Comfortable working across a varied workload
• Proactive and willing to contribute ideas
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Marketing - approximately 50%: Support the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Create engaging content for digital and social media channels
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Help plan and maintain social media content
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Produce marketing copy and creative assets
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Support campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Carry out competitor and market research
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Support the creation of case studies and website content
• Marketing - approximately 50%: Assist with events and wider promotional activity
• Administration - approximately 50%: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
• Administration - approximately 50%: Respond to emails and general enquiries
• Administration - approximately 50%: Maintain accurate records and internal information
• Administration - approximately 50%: Update spreadsheets, documents and internal systems
• Administration - approximately 50%: Prepare correspondence and supporting documentation
• Administration - approximately 50%: Assist with organising meetings, appointments and activities
