Job summary

Point Six One Eight is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its established in-house marketing team. You will own multi-brand campaigns across digital, social, events and showroom activations while collaborating with a team of specialists.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will drive lead generation, plan product launches, manage influencer partnerships and optimise performance across channels to deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Broad marketing experience across digital, social, campaigns, content and events.
• Strong organisational and project management to handle multiple priorities.
• Understanding of lead generation and its impact on commercial performance.
• Experience collaborating with creative, digital and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store and outdoor channels.
• Developing and executing lead generation activity to support commercial objectives.
• Planning and coordinating product launches, customer events and showroom activations.
• Managing influencer partnerships and supporting the creation of engaging video and social content.
• Working with in-house specialists to deliver paid media campaigns and optimise performance.
• Managing social media content calendars across platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Monitoring website and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and brand representatives.
• Taking ownership of campaign delivery, timelines, reporting and overall execution.
