Job summary

Full Spectrum Print & Marketing in Basildon, Essex, is seeking an experienced Muller Operator to set up and run Muller Martini Bravo Prima stitching equipment. You will produce stitched, gathered and trimmed work to tight specifications and ensure accuracy for dispatch.

The role requires practical experience in commercial print finishing, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a busy production team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Muller Martini Bravo Prima equipment and saddle stitching machinery.
• Strong understanding of commercial print finishing and quality control.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in setup and production.
• Ability to work in a busy print finishing environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Muller Martini Bravo Prima equipment.
• Produce stitched, gathered and trimmed work to job specifications.
• Work from job bags and finishing requirements to ensure quality.
• Check pagination, stitching, trimming, quantities and overall quality.
• Prepare work for packing, mailing, fulfilment or dispatch.
• Handle a wide range of printed materials and paper stocks.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain consistency across runs.
• Maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Collaborate with production and finishing colleagues to meet deadlines.
