Job summary
Prism Solutions, part of the Focus Group family, is seeking a detail‑oriented MSP Change Engineer to join the Operations team in Congleton. The role focuses on planned Microsoft 365 and endpoint changes, device provisioning and lifecycle management, with hybrid working after probation.
You will work between Service Desk and Project Delivery, following structured processes to deliver high‑quality changes with minimal disruption for clients, including documentation and adherence to security best
Qualifications
- Experience configuring Windows devices and Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong documentation and process-driven approach to work.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with users throughout the change process.
Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled Microsoft 365 and endpoint changes using approved processes, templates and change records.
- Build, configure and quality-check Windows 11 devices using Intune, Autopilot and standard deployment procedures.
- Deliver joiner, mover and leaver requests, including account creation, licence allocation and device provisioning.
- Install and configure business applications, printers, security tools, email profiles and client-specific software.
- Coordinate directly with end users to schedule and deliver planned work with minimal disruption.
- Follow implementation, validation and rollback processes with accurate documentation.
