Job summary

Prism Solutions, part of the Focus Group family, is recruiting a detail-oriented Change Engineer to join the Congleton-based Operations team. The role focuses on planned changes, device deployments, and Microsoft 365 administration to support customers’ day-to-day operations.

Working between the Service Desk and Project Delivery, you will implement structured, repeatable changes, follow best practices, and maintain high-quality documentation with a proactive, quality-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Windows devices and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Ability to follow documented processes and maintain audit trails.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in MSP/IT Operations, Deployment or Service Fulfilment environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled Microsoft 365 and endpoint changes using approved processes, templates and change records.
• Build, configure and quality-check Windows 11 laptops/desktops using Intune, Autopilot and standard deployment procedures.
• Deliver joiner, mover and leaver requests, including account creation, licence allocation and device provisioning.
• Install and configure business applications, printers, security tools, email profiles and client-specific software.
• Support device replacements, rebuilds and onboarding activities with Entra ID, Intune and BitLocker verification.
• Coordinate with end users to schedule and deliver planned work with minimal disruption.
