Job summary

Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking an MSK rehabilitation therapy assistant to join the North Powys MSK team. The post involves delivering MSK physiotherapy interventions as delegated by a qualified physiotherapist, based in Welshpool with travel to Machynlleth.

This fixed-term 24-month post supports patients to achieve independence and quality of life, working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to service development.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education including Maths and English.
• NVQ Level III or equivalent.
• Understanding of manual handling principles.

• Deliver MSK physiotherapy interventions as delegated by therapists.
