Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is offering a 6-month developmental opportunity for an experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist. You will follow a structured pathway towards progression to Band 8a, with mentorship and support to develop advanced clinical, leadership, education and service development competencies.

Working within our integrated community MSK service, you will deliver high-quality patient care, contribute to clinical leadership and service improvement, and progress

Qualifications

• Significant NHS outpatient MSK experience.
• Experience working at Band 7 level or equivalent.
• Ability to develop towards Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of advanced clinical care for adults with complex MSK conditions.
• Provide expert clinical opinion to managers and support service development.
• Lead development and evaluation of the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safe, effective management in Physiotherapy Practitioner clinics.
• Provide clinical leadership to support quality improvement, service redesign and innovation.
• Contribute to mentorship and development of physiotherapy staff.
• Apply clinical governance principles to support safe practice and continuous improvement.
