Job summary

Cora Health Group Limited is seeking a motivated MSK Clinician Team Leader to line manage clinical colleagues, drive performance, and support operational leadership across MSK services in the UK. The role focuses on delivering outstanding patient care while aligning with commercial objectives and company values.

You will work with the Operational team and PCC Team Leaders to ensure efficient service delivery, promote a positive culture, and build productive relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Line manage clinical colleagues including appraisals, one-to-ones, leave requests and development plans.
• Provide performance management for direct reports and support the Operational team leadership.
• Plan and ensure efficient delivery of Services in collaboration with Operational and PCC Team Leaders.
• Promote a positive, dynamic image and culture with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster productive relationships with local stakeholders and support governance and estates compliance.
• Deliver a high-quality clinical service meeting clinical and commercial needs of contracts.

To line manage clinical colleagues including completing appraisals, one-to-ones, leave requests and development plans for all direct reports -To provide appropriate performance management for all direct reports -To support the Operational team in providing leadership and motivation directly to the clinical team to facilitate the achievement of commercial objectives and targets -Working with the Operational team and PCC Team Leaders plan and ensure efficient operational delivery of allocated Services -To develop and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times reflecting and encouraging core value behaviours amongst the team -To develop and foster productive relationships with key local stakeholders -To support operational projects and contribute to continuous improvement projects -To support clinical estates compliance and governance -To personally deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and commercial needs of
the contracts, and any other contracts or clinics that scheduled to work in, We are looking for a motivated MSK Clinician Team Leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and shares our company values. This role is open to Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.
