Cora Health Group Limited is seeking a motivated MSK Clinician Team Leader to line manage clinical colleagues, drive performance, and support operational leadership across MSK services in the UK. You will work with the Operational team and PCC Team Leaders to ensure efficient service delivery, promote a positive culture, and build productive relationships with local stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Line manage clinical colleagues including appraisals, one-to-ones, leave requests and development plans.
• Provide performance management for direct reports and support the Operational team leadership.
• Plan and ensure efficient delivery of Services in collaboration with Operational and PCC Team Leaders.
• Promote a positive, dynamic image and culture with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster productive relationships with local stakeholders and support governance and estates compliance.
• Deliver a high-quality clinical service meeting clinical and commercial needs of contracts.
