Job summary

Pure Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Clinics Team Lead to support MSK services across Midlands clinics. The hybrid role combines managing your caseload with leading a team of physiotherapists across East Midlands clinics.

You will work with the regional leadership team on clinical excellence, staff development, operational performance and patient outcomes, while coordinating leave and clinic cover.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with MSK expertise.
• Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of physiotherapists across the Midlands region.
• Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and training activities.
• Support clinician wellbeing and professional development.
• Coordinate annual leave and ensure clinic cover.
• Provide clinical guidance and maintain high clinical standards.
• Manage own MSK caseload and monitor diary utilisation.
• Assist with audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with referring organisations and contribute to private service growth.

About the Role

Pure Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinics Team Lead to support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality MSK services across our Midlands clinics. This is a hybrid clinical and leadership role, combining the management of your own patient caseload with responsibility for leading and developing a team of physiotherapists.

Working closely with the Regional Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, staff development, operational performance, and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of physiotherapists across the region.
• Conduct supervisions, appraisals, performance reviews, and training activities.
• Support clinician wellbeing, engagement, and professional development.
• Coordinate annual leave and ensure appropriate clinic cover.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to your team.

Clinical & Operational Management

• Manage your own MSK caseload while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Monitor diary utilisation and support efficient service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.
• Assist with clinic audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of clinics across the region.

Business Performance

• Support the achievement of contractual KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring organisations.
• Contribute to the growth of private physiotherapy services within the region.
• Help maintain a strong local reputation for excellent patient care.
• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Strong MSK experience with the ability to manage complex cases.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
