Zusammenfassung

Sirona care & health – England’s largest provider of Adult’s and Children’s Community Services – is seeking an organised MSK administration assistant to support the patient pathway from referral through to onward care.

You will coordinate appointments, manage referrals and caseloads, and use eReferral and EMIS to keep information accurate. You’ll respond to patient queries with a calm, professional manner and work with clinicians and colleagues to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Provide a professional and courteous service to patients/clients and liaise with carers, families, health professionals and other organisations.
• Respond to unexpected and challenging situations maintaining a calm and professional approach.
• Give non-clinical advice and signpost to clinical colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate appointments and manage referrals and caseloads.
• Complete post-clinic actions and arrange onward referrals.
• Use systems including eReferral and EMIS to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Adapt communication to diverse patient needs and situations.
• May provide training for colleagues and new staff.
• Create written and electronic templates and bespoke letters.
