EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a MS Win Center Specialist Senior Manager 4 (Market facing Director) to lead GTM, pre-sales and business development across the firm. You will respond to RFPs, deliver client presentations, and coordinate with EY practice teams, partners and vendors to craft solutions that address complex client needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive TFO client, GTM and solutioning within EY or another Big 4 firm.
• Strong understanding of TFO solution and operating model.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in creating and conducting impactful client presentations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record of leading Go-To-Market activities and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Go-To-Market activities, including sales, pre-sales, and business development.
• Support Super Region and Account TFO teams to originate, solution and close pursuits through GTM enablement and collateral.
• Actively engage in responding to RFPs, delivering oral presentations to clients, and participating in negotiations.
• Build and develop the solution capability through proactive engagement with EY practice teams, partners, and clients.
• Plan and run workshops for clients' business and technology teams, involving client partners and vendors, on solution design.
• Drive the transition of the TFO solutions from incumbent vendors or as part of Transition and Transformation.
• Interface with onsite and offshore stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of RFPs.
• Analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive solution strategies.
• Make informed decisions on approaches to address complex business problems and enable client transformation.
• Evaluate and help select technologies and methodologies for the TFO solution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Assign work, review performance, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards.
